Pricing and Availability

Prices shown are valid for online orders only and do not include shipping. OEM VW Parts Haus reserves the right to correct typographical, printing, or calculation errors at any time. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you by phone or email before proceeding with your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if, in our judgment, it presents a risk of fraud or financial loss to any party. Customers will be notified of cancellations via email if a valid address was provided.

Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

For your protection and ours, all credit card orders are verified through the Address Verification System (AVS) and CVV security check. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be subject to additional verification or cancellation. We may request a copy of a valid photo ID or signed credit card authorization form before processing high-value or suspicious orders.

To prevent fraud, our system records the IP address, device type, and browser information used during checkout. This information may be used to verify transaction legitimacy in the event of a payment dispute.

By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, that you are the authorized cardholder, and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of OEM VW Parts Haus.

Delivery Policy

If a part is available within the North American supply chain, delivery typically occurs within 2–10 business days from the completed order date. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If a requested part is on backorder, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Proof of Delivery

Delivery confirmation from the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to the shipping address provided by the customer constitutes proof of delivery. OEM VW Parts Haus is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Shipments and Shipping Protection

Inspect all packages thoroughly upon receipt. OEM VW Parts Haus includes Extend Shipping Protection on every purchase at no extra charge to you. All shipping damage claims and missing delivery claims are processed through Extend. Customers can contact Extend directly to initiate a claim or contact us for guidance on starting the claims process. We must be notified promptly of shipping damage or missing items within 7 business days of delivery to provide assistance with the claim. OEM VW Parts Haus is not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts reported more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Policy

Authorized returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging and complete with all components. Returns will not be accepted for items that are missing parts, installed, altered, damaged, or not in resalable condition. Installed or used parts are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. Electrical parts are not returnable if unsealed, installed, or plugged in. Return freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Refunds and Restocking

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns not resulting from our error. Refunds for approved returns or cores will be processed within 72–96 hours after inspection and confirmation that all return criteria are met. Please allow 4–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Refunds are issued only for authorized returns that comply with this policy. Unauthorized returns or chargebacks filed outside these terms will not be honored.

Fraud and Chargeback Policy

OEM VW Parts Haus takes payment disputes seriously and maintains detailed records of all transactions, including order information, communication logs, and delivery confirmation. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed after confirmed receipt of goods may be treated as potential fraud. We reserve the right to submit all supporting documentation to the card processor, issuing bank, and appropriate authorities. Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent Activity & Penalties: OEM VW Parts Haus will aggressively pursue any suspected fraud. If an investigation determines that a customer has intentionally submitted a fraudulent claim, initiated a wrongful chargeback, provided false information, or otherwise attempted to misrepresent an order or delivery, we will seek all available remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Remedies may include recovery of the purchase amount, chargeback fees, administrative fees, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs; suspension or termination of customer accounts; refusal of future orders; and reporting the matter to payment processors, card networks, and law enforcement agencies for civil and criminal investigation as appropriate. By placing an order you consent to our collection and use of transaction records, IP/device data, and communications for purposes of fraud detection, investigation, and legal action.

Warranty

All warranties are subject to manufacturer policies. Please contact us prior to purchase for specific warranty information. Warranty claims do not constitute grounds for a chargeback. All warranty matters must be handled through the manufacturer’s process.

What Is Not Covered

Damage or corrosion due to accidents, misuse, or alterations
Damage from environmental factors (acid rain, chemicals, tree sap, salt, hail, floods, etc.)
Normal wear and tear (fading, discoloration, deformation, etc.)
Parts installed on vehicles operated outside the U.S., Canada, or U.S. territories
Parts installed on vehicles with altered or inoperable odometers
Parts used for purposes not intended by the manufacturer
Improper installation or modification
Parts sold without proof of purchase
Non-manufacturer accessories or aftermarket modifications
Vehicles declared total loss or branded as salvage

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Financial information is used solely to complete your authorized transaction.
