Shipping Policy

At OEM VW Parts Haus, we strive to ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours of order placement (Monday–Friday).

  • Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

  • If an item is not in stock, it must be ordered from the manufacturer. This usually takes 2–3 business days for us to receive, after which it will be shipped immediately.

  • Some parts may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive from the manufacturer.

  • Orders are generally shipped complete unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Ground shipping usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited options such as Overnight or 2-Day Air are available at additional cost.

  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval before shipment.

  • We may substitute carriers at our discretion to reduce cost or improve delivery time.

  • Transit times are not guaranteed for ground or oversized shipments once the order leaves our facility.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • International and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

  • We do not ship COD (Cash on Delivery).

Backorders and Discontinued Parts

  • In the event a part is backordered or discontinued, we will contact you promptly and do our best to locate an alternative source or offer a refund.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, OEM VW Parts Haus is not responsible for theft, damage, or misdelivery.

  • If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us within 7 business days so we can file a carrier claim and assist in resolution.
