Returns Policy
At OEM VW Parts Haus, we strive to provide high-quality OEM Volkswagen parts. Please review the following return guidelines carefully before placing your order.
- Contact us first to arrange any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Include a copy of your invoice with all returns.
- All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Parts must be new, unused, and in resaleable condition with original packaging and labels intact.
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Used, installed, or “tried” parts
- Electrical or electronic components
- Special-order parts (ordered specifically from the manufacturer)
- We reserve the right to refuse or return any items that do not meet the above conditions.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Tip: If you are unsure about part fitment, please contact us with your VIN before ordering so we can confirm compatibility.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment if they have not yet entered fulfillment or been ordered from the manufacturer.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Special-order parts may not be cancelled once ordered from the manufacturer. If a cancellation is possible, a 20% return fee may apply.
- To request a cancellation, email us immediately with your order number for the fastest response.
